Loan Collection Agent

Lendara Credit is looking for an experienced Loan Collection Agent to join its team in Kileleshwa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with customers to recover outstanding loan payments.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with delinquent customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Ensure all collections are conducted in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with loan and customer service teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on collection performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in loan collections, preferably in microfinance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Must be residing in or willing to relocate to the Kawangware area.
